savmrl.it is a free URL shortener and redirect service. After creating a free account, you can shorten links with optional expiry dates, a maximum number of openings, custom names, access codes and configurable redirect delays. A statistics page tracks how many times each link has been opened, and a QR code is generated for every link. The service supports multiple languages and offers an API (v2) and companion browser add-ons for Firefox, Chrome and Edge.
